There are many people like me all around who are health conscious but we hardly get any time to do regular exercise. Regular exercise not only makes us fit and healthy but also helps in rapid weight loss. As mentioned earlier that I don’t get much time to workout, I drink an awesome drink everyday once in the morning and once in the evening to lose and control my body weight.
Today I am sharing the recipe of that weight loss drink with you all. I am quite sure that all of you must have heard that cumin seed which also known as Jeera helps to lose weight, my slim down weight loss drink’s main ingredient is cumin seeds.
But other than cumin there are other ingredients that you will need for making this drink, they are:
- Cumin seeds.
Let’s prepare this drink:
In a cup of normal water add 1 spoon of cumin seeds and keep it overnight. Next morning you will notice that the water has turned golden in colour, heat a saucepan and boil the cumin water for 10-15 minutes in low flame. Once the water has boiled strain it and add 1 spoon of honey to it. Lastly, give it a quick stir and your drink is ready.
Drink this extreme weight loss drink once in the morning and once in the evening. As this method does not include any kind of exercise try to avoid junk foods and oily food. You can also practice some breathing exercise if you want, this is completely optional.
